Terms & Conditions PSG77 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and PSG77 ("Platform", "we", or "us") governing your use of all services, games, and features available on psg77.biz and any related applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the PSG77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use PSG77's services.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the PSG77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

PSG77 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or closure of your account until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on PSG77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or bank details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active Malaysian phone number that can be reached.
• A valid email address that you have access to.
• Your actual date of birth for age verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. PSG77 is not liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PSG77 support immediately.

Your PSG77 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell or allow another person to use your account for any reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the PSG77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. PSG77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (Direct Transfer)
• FPX Internet Banking — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Daily maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method — full details are available in the Finance section of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your PSG77 account within minutes of a successful transaction. PSG77 processes over 97% of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Malaysian eWallet withdrawals. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take longer depending on the bank's operating hours.

PSG77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal. This includes a copy of your MyKad, proof of ownership of the payment method used and any other documents deemed necessary for legal compliance. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in delays or rejection of your withdrawal request.

5. Bonus & Promotions

PSG77 offers registered members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, poker freeroll promotions and sports season promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and turnover requirements for each promotion.

The following general terms apply to all PSG77 bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only real money that has met the turnover requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• Turnover requirements must be met within the designated timeframe for each bonus. Bonuses that fail to meet the turnover requirement within the specified period will expire automatically.
• PSG77 reserves the right to decline or void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the promotions system.
• Members may claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• PSG77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Betting strategies that exploit bonuses — such as hedging, placing only low-risk selective bets solely to meet turnover requirements or any other method deemed by PSG77 to constitute bonus abuse — are prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account freezing.

6. Sports Betting Rules

PSG77 offers Sports Betting markets across a wide range of events, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more. The following general rules apply to all types of Sports Betting on the PSG77 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the PSG77 system. No cancellations or changes are permitted after a bet has been accepted, except under circumstances explicitly specified in the relevant sport's rules.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the specified timeframe, PSG77 reserves the right to refund the wagers or settle them in accordance with the relevant sports rules.
• In the event of odds inaccuracies caused by a technical error or incomplete information, PSG77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the members.
• In-play betting (placed while a match is in progress) is accepted based on the live match conditions at the time the bet is placed. PSG77 is not responsible for any delays in score updates or match conditions caused by the user's internet connection.
• Any attempt to exploit delays in odds updates through technical means is prohibited, and accounts found to be involved will be subject to action.

7. Casino Games & Table Games

All casino games and live table games at PSG77 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger, and others — are games of chance operated using fair and transparent systems. The following rules apply:

• All casino games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or real physical equipment in a live dealer format.
• The outcome of each game round is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, PSG77 will endeavour to resolve the interrupted round based on system records. If records are insufficient, the relevant stake will be returned to the member.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each table are clearly displayed before you join. PSG77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

8. Poker

The PSG77 poker platform offers Player vs Player (PvP) games in both cash game and tournament formats, as well as live dealer poker. The following additional rules apply specifically to the poker section:

• Collusion between players — including communicating about cards held, coordinating actions to disadvantage other players, or any form of unauthorised cooperation — is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• The use of any poker assistance software, automated bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. PSG77 employs advanced detection systems to identify bot usage, and immediate action will be taken against any account found to be in breach of this rule.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a tournament, PSG77 reserves the right to halt, suspend, or cancel the tournament and distribute any accumulated prize pool based on players' current standings at PSG77's sole discretion.
• The rake charged at poker cash game tables is as stated in the table information before you join. PSG77 does not charge any hidden rake beyond what is clearly disclosed.
• Players who deliberately stall during a tournament to gain an ICM advantage or for any other reason may be penalised with a time penalty or forced all-in at the discretion of the PSG77 tournament manager.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PSG77 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to access or interact with the PSG77 platform.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to PSG77's systems.
• Depositing funds on PSG77 that were obtained through illegal means.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing another person to access your account.
• Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities within the PSG77 system.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your actual geographic location in order to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Any action that may compromise the security, integrity or reputation of the PSG77 platform or its members.

PSG77 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating the above prohibitions, including temporary suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure and seizure of funds if fraud or abuse is proven.

10. Account Closure

You may close your PSG77 account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@psg77.biz. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the payment method used for your deposit, subject to the completion of any active bonus turnover requirements.

PSG77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false information provided during registration.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• A user's request for self-exclusion related to responsible gambling.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, PSG77 reserves the right to withhold any funds obtained through means that violate these terms. Legitimate funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe once the investigation is concluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

The PSG77 platform is provided "as is". PSG77 makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information, uninterrupted platform availability, or expected returns from any bet or game. All betting and gaming activities carry financial risk that is borne entirely by the member.

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, PSG77 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including ordinary betting losses in the course of gameplay.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond PSG77's control, including internet failures, power outages or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Betting decisions made based on information from unverified external sources.

PSG77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, subject to applicable Malaysian law.
